Grizzly’s New Blog

I’m not sure if any of you know this guy but if you don’t you should. His name is Grizz and he has been running a make money online blog for a year and a half and is ranked number 5 for make money online and ranks on the first page for several dozen long tail “make money online” keywords.

He is also a nice guy. In my expanding current keywords post he commented and showed me how to save time in trying to rank for keywords in the “make money” niche. This shows me that he has/had read the blog couple of times. I’m guessing that he found the blog through the Blogger Unleashed ordeal, being as he is friends with Vic and Court. Blogging is an amazing way to make new friends. To get advice from a SEO expert is always nice when you are trying to improve your organic rankings.

You will notice that his first blog isn’t fancy and is very basic, true, but he used a BlogSpot blog to show that anyone can get the first page on Google, as long as you are willing to put in work. If the design and lack of graphics bother you, check out is new make money wordpress blog.

Grizzy will be a great resource for any of you looking to rank well in organic listings as well as making money with adsense.

Viral Video Secrets Exposed

Viral marketing has a tremendous ability to bring those who use it well a great deal of traffic and money. Viral videos represent the cutting edge of viral marketing and anyone who can harness its power is on a fast track to success.

Gavin from ryanshamus.com (who is a commenter and guest blogger here at One Mans Goal) has just posted a great article on viral videos that I would highly recommend.

I just wanted to take a second to congratulate my favorite 13 14-year-old blogger Carl on his one year anniversary.  Carl blogs at CarlOcab.Com for those interested in checking it out.  According to most experts, one year is the breaking point of most bloggers.  If you make it past the first and quite possibly the hardest year, you should be well on your way to a sustaining income based on your blogging efforts.  It’s a big step to make it to your first year, and I wanted to congratulate Carl on his accomplishment.

I also particularly enjoyed his post - I Paid 12 Months To Learn These 32 Things, and I would suggest everyone go take a look.  It’s a fantastic post, and it’s full of informative little tidbits about Carl’s rise to fame in the blogosphere.

So congrats Carl, and I hope to continue enjoying your blog for many years to come!

Welcome Back eRevenue Select

eRevenueSelect.com belongs to one of my early blogging buddies, Jason.  I’m happy to report that Jason is back to give us more of his fantastic writing, and to deliver some real quality content.

Jason has never had a problem producing great content.  And with the resurrected version of eRevenueSelect.com, he’ll be providing us with some valuable information on internet marketing… which is where he spends most of his time.  His content was wonderful before, but he got bored blogging about blogging.  I’m glad that he chose a niche that he’s more passionate about, and we’ll see if this angle brings him riches in the near future.

Darren Rowse Makes An Appearance In The Wall Street Journal

RetireAt21.Com - My Thoughts

When I was contacted by Michael Dunlop to do a review of RetireAt21.Com I was instantly excited. I’d been hearing a lot about his site lately, but I hadn’t had a chance to visit it. It seems Michael is starting to do some real promotion to an already good site, which I love, and it’s only going to improve the business he does there. So who is Michael Dunlop?

Michael is a self professed “young, dyslexic, college drop-out”. If that doesn’t make you want to keep reading, what will? So basically, Michael is a 19-year-old entrepreneur, living in Ghana (originally Sussex, England), that is trying to retire young using the internet as an income model. He’s in Ghana teaching conversational English in case you were wondering, not bad for a 19 year old kid. His business model, from what I can tell, looks good so far, and it’s only a matter of time before he starts making some real money. I’ve included a couple of pics of Michael, in Ghana.

Enough about Michael though, let’s get into dissecting his site.

The content on the site is good, albeit incredibly short. Although I think the content is great, there could be more of it… Michael starts to dive into the subject, and then stops just short of fulfillment. I think he needs to explore the subject further and offer more information. I know some of the topics have a lot of information to give, but you could break it up into smaller segments so that the readers still get what they are coming there for. Overall, the site is just cracking the shell of what it could be.

That’s not to say that it’s not enjoyable though. The content is superbly informative, and it’s chock-full of resources for every level of internet entrepreneur. In fact, some of my favorite content is the entrepreneur interviews that he does. Yaro Starak, Tyler Cruz, and Carl Ocab are a few of the interviews that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, I have to say that this site is extremely enjoyable and packed with some great resources. I think that the only thing that really needs work is the content, not the writing, but the overall information that is left out. The resources, interviews, and the ask an entrepreneur functions are all fantastic, and really great ideas. I’ve added this blog to my Rss reader, I’m definitely curious to see how this goes for Michael, I’ll be rooting for him. Subscribe to the feed here.
