There are many ways to make money from home. You could buy and sell stocks like the Oracle of Omaha but in todays economy I’m not sure this is the best choice. In different articles I’ve discussed different ways to make money, however in this article I’m going to talk about my current favorite way how to make money working from home, Content Sites.

Content sites are currently selling for 12-16 times earnings. For example I just saw a site sell a few weeks ago that was developed in March 08. It ranked for many different keywords but it’s main traffic draw was a number 6 position on a moderately searched keyword paying $1.88 per click. The site had a total of 12 articles and earned $35 dollars per month from Google Adsense and it sold for $430 on sitepoint. Think about it, for my content sites I can write about 4-5 articles per day on topics I know nothing about, build links and make money from home.

When trying to think of how to make money from home this is my favorite way. Say you write 4 articles per day you could build a site like this is 3 days. Then you let it marinate and get ranked it Google for 5 months (March-July) and you have a asset throwing you $35 per month or $430 cash, whichever you need.

So if you worked 6 days per week and built two sites per week that you be 8 sites per month. in 6 months you would have 42 sites. That equates to (42*35=$1,420/month semi-passive cash flow) or (42*430=18,060 cash) either way you want it. And that is how you can make money working from home.

So, ok you’re not rich, but its real cold hard cash and you could keep doing it month after month. Get the “get rick quick” out of your head now; you’ll be glad you did. Think to where you where 3 years ago and now think where you could be (6 months=1,420/18,060) times those numbers by 6 and you get 8,520 per month or 108,360 and that is in three years at 2 sites per week
