Nice to see a lot of your stats going up. The big fall at 45n5 was most likely due to the PR slap you took. It should go back up. (did you put in a request with Google?)
A good way to increase your affiliate sales on here would be to find a way to plug them with your posts. Just slip into a video casually that you use Hostgator or something and say “the link to it is below”, then link to HG with your affiliate link
I would seriously consider doing a php redirect on your affiliate ads, it’ll help your sales and SEO.
Your ad right now links out to hostgator on every page, which leaks pagerank. A redirect would stop this. Also, it’d clean up the URL.
Right now it is:
http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=m96349634
It could be:
http://onemansgoal.com/go/hostgator/
If you need help, I can send you the php code I use on my site.

Marc,
Thanks for the stats but I have a question. Would you mind putting up this month’s top 10 referring URL’s?
I’d just be curious to see where your traffic is coming from considering it’sbeen a slow month and then four days of dead server activity.
