Have fun in Florida. Installing wordpress can be a pain… I’ve had some issues with it. I still think it’s the best blogging software though. I’ll pay attention to how your changeover of affiliate links works. I’m definitely interested in seeing that.
Setting up wordpress from Scratch can be a pain! (But gets easier if you do it often)
But as I’m sure Marc will let us know, using Hostgator to set up your wordpress blog is a DREAM. If you don’t know how, you’re really gonna want to check it out. Once you know how to do it, it’ll take you 30 seconds
Hey Tevin, it’s not really the installation that’s hard… it’s more working with Godaddy that does it. Their domain management to go along with their hosting plans is not that great, and I had permalink and login issues. Most have been resolved. You’re right though, installation takes like 30 seconds when you know what you’re doing.
