Pennies From Heaven…
By Bryan Clark on Dec 24, 2007 in Make Money Online

Have you felt blessed with a curiosity about entrepreneurship and making money? Do you have a drive to find ways to increase your earning power? Do you feel that it’s almost an innate, God given talent/interest you’ve always had since you were young?
What if, since God often answers prayers through other people, God would give to some entrepreneurs additional success if he knew that they would pass on some of those blessings to other people?
Charities are ranked by how efficient they are: Out of every dollar, how much is spent on administrative/advertising costs vs. going to serve people?

What if you as an entrepreneur were also ranked? Would it be likely that someone who was a more efficient vehicle to donating money to others would be more likely to be blessed with success than someone who spent almost all but a token amount on themselves?
If a man spent more money where God wanted him to, would God give him more?
I don’t believe that God can be manipulated into giving us success by making a few charitable donations, but I believe that if we become that charitable person, genuinely interested in helping others, that we will be the better for it, materially or not.
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:21
If a rich man has more money than he knows what to do with, and spends it on libraries, schools, or fighting disease, that is awesome! But what about when you don’t have more money than you know what to do with? Is there something to be learned and gained by giving and sharing our wealth all along the way? Even when we’ve got bills, and don’t have as much in the bank as we’d like?
Let’s be more efficient conduits to serve others, and spare ourselves the pain of making our bank account the only scorecard by which we measure our success. I think as we make money, if we have an attitude of service, we’ll enjoy life more, increase our help for others, and we’ll likely have a slightly smaller piece of a slightly bigger pie.
I’ve written this mostly TO myself. You and I are both in the richest 10% of the world’s population. We’re so lucky! I hope that I can be better at serving others, and find that balance between taking care of my family and taking care of others. Thanks for reading this brief message and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
